A formal quotation will be provided by email and remains valid for the period specified. All quotes are subject to artist availability until the booking deposit has been received.

SERVICE COMMITMENT:
We are committed to delivering an exceptional experience. If you have any concerns regarding your hair or makeup, please raise them during your appointment so they can be addressed before your service is completed.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES: All parking fees, tolls, and ferry tickets are the responsibility of the client. Where applicable, parking charges should be charged directly to the client's hotel room.

PREVIEWS (TRIALS):
Hair and makeup previews are quoted and invoiced separately and are not included in your booking fee. Mobile travel charges apply to off-site previews outside of the 20km radius of the CBD based on IRD per km rate at time of quote.

MINIMUM BOOKINGS:
My standard minimum booking is 5 services, however, smaller or larger parties are always welcome to enquire, as we can more often than not accommodate you.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
A non-refundable $250 deposit is required to secure your booking. Bookings are confirmed only once the deposit has been received. Dates cannot be held without payment.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your booking. Pure Makeup Artistry reserves the right to withhold services where full payment has not been received.

BOOKINGS AND CHANGES
Once confirmed, booked services cannot be reduced. The original booking value remains payable, however services may be transferred to another guest. Minimum booking requirements continue to apply if booking numbers change.
Additional services requested on the day are subject to artist availability and must be paid in full on the day unless otherwise agreed in writing. The contracted client is responsible for payment of any additional services requested during the booking.

SCHEDULES AND TIMING
Every effort is made to complete services within the agreed schedule. Rochelle Noble is not responsible for delays caused by the client, booking party, photographers, suppliers, or any third party. If the client or party is not ready at the agreed start time, the schedule will proceed as planned and services adjusted accordingly.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation prior to confirmed date - the deposit will be retained. Where possible, postponed bookings will be transferred to a new date subject to availability.

ARTIST AVAILABILITY
If Rochelle is unable to attend due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances,  a suitably qualified replacement/s will be found and pricing remains as originally agreed.

PREVIEW (TRIAL)
Previews are invoiced seperately and are recommended 3-4 weeks prior to your wedding date. Once the booking is confirmed, a Preview fact sheet will be sent to the bride which covers preparation for both the preview and the wedding. Clients who decline a preview acknowledge that final results on the day cannot be guaranteed. No responsibility is accepted for dissatisfaction where no trial has been undertaken.

LOCATION & SETUP
Clients must provide a clean, well-lit workspace with natural light where possible, a suitable work surface, and access to power.

LIABILITY
By confirming your booking and paying the deposit, you accept these Terms & Conditions. Any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from services, except where caused by negligence or breach of statutory obligations. Rochelle Noble, contractors, and affiliated artists from

Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, fire, flood, pandemic, war, terrorism, industrial action, or government restrictions.
